Responsibility for all screening, due diligence, valuation/modeling, as well as the review and maintenance research, on over 90% of the investments in the growth (equity/alternative) portfolio. In addition to management of equity portfolio, I played instrumental role in the asset allocation process, and was accountable for determining firm-wide quarterly strategic and tactical targets. • Process/Infrastructure: Created a library of screening templates, valuation workbooks, and other tools that increased accuracy, efficiency, and quality of investment research. For example, built a proprietary "earnings quality" database and scoring algorithm used as a supplement to our traditional fundamental screening
• Communication: Launched internal wiki site, called centraldesktop.com used to communicate news, research, and updates throughout firm as well as a venue to encourage collaboration and idea generation
